Many answers to prayer have taken place, since Mill Creek Church was begun in Northeast Modesto. The Building that God provided for us to meet as the Family at Mill Creek Church is one of those answers. Many people pulled together and got our facility ready in record time, so we could meet in our own church building. So many miracles happened along the way that we developed a unique way to remember them.
In the Old Testament when God wanted His people to remember a prayer that was answered, He had them build a landmark. We are going to build a REAL mill on the proposed Church property, built out of river rock. On each rock we are writing the answers to prayers that we have received. That way, the mill will be built out of the river rocks that represent God's answer to prayer. Isn't that exciting! God is amazing and we want the visual reminder here at Mill Creek Church.
We have a Thomas Kinkade portrait of a Mill in summer time hanging in the foyer to illustrate what we want the mill on our future church property to look like.
We would love to have you join us for one of our services (one Saturday night 6pm and one on Sunday morning 10am) and experience the exciting things that God is doing at the Mill.
