Mill Creek Church
MISSIONS

Tony and Holly Freitas - work as missionaries under the covering of LifeWind International (previously called Medical Ambassadors International).  They have left the States this summer to go and live with their family in Arusha, Tanzania.  The plan is to stay from one-to-two years to help train locals in Community Health Evangelism.  Tony is working with Appropriate Technologies while Holly focuses on HIV and AIDS education.  Email April Brown (their contact through LifeWind International) to receive a copy of the Freitas Flyer, a newsletter composed as events take place.  You can communicate with them directly if you download and install free software from Skype.com.

Alan Weaver - works to help train Pastors in underprivileged areas of the world.  See his brochure, available in the foyer of the church building.  He recently returned from Cameroon in West Africa where a small Baptist denomination with over 120 churches in great need of pastoral training had asked him to come.  See more info on this link.

Yoshi Hanks - serves with Grace International Ministries working to help bring people to Christ in Japan.  Yoshi has a passion to see many people in Japan (which has less than 1% Christian population) brought to a saving faith in Jesus Christ.  Yoshi is planning to take a group of young people and adults to Japan the summer of 2007 on a short term missions trip which is sure to impact the lives of all involved.

Find more information on each of the above endeavors in our church foyer.  Any prayer and financial support would be greatly appreciated!
